Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is looking for an experienced M&E supervisor/coordinator to plan, schedule and control electrical and mechanical works on site. You will monitor progress, coordinate with sub‑contractors and consultants, manage shop drawings, and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.

Candidates should have a degree/diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 2–5 years in construction or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, control and coordinate M&E works.
• Monitor progress and report to management on project status.
• Supervise M&E subcontractors to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Liaise with clients and M&E consultants for technical resolutions.
• Evaluate costs for M&E works and manage shop drawings coordination.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specs and approvals.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and project team on submissions.
• Administer M&E subcontracts and arrange required inspections.
