Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise M&E works including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection.
• Review M&E drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Liaise with consultants and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Monitor progress of M&E works on-site and report to Project Manager.
• Conduct inspections for compliance with regulations.
• Attend coordination meetings and integrate M&E systems.
• Track and manage materials, tools, and manpower requirements.
• Assist with testing and commissioning processes.
