Job summary

Grandtech Construction in Singapore invites an experienced M&E Coordinator to prepare and submit materials and shop drawings to consultants for approval, and to coordinate M&E works on site. You will resolve on-site issues, manage sub-contractors, and liaise with authorities to ensure smooth project progression.

Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD is preferred. 4-5 years of relevant M&E industry experience and completion of an M&E coordination course are desirable.

Qualifications

• Passed an M&E coordination course.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word & Excel), MS Project and AutoCAD.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in M&E industry.

Responsibilities

• To prepare and submit materials and shop drawings to consultants for approval.
• To control and coordinate M&E Works on site
• To resolve site matters with regards to M&E services
• To manage sub-contractors works and progress of works
• To liaise with authorities for the commission of work
