Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee end-to-end M&E engineering operations across multiple facilities. You will lead a team of managers and engineers, ensure uptime, safety, and cost efficiency, and report against SLAs and KPIs.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, client liaison, budget oversight, and continuous improvement. Travel to sites will be required as part of managing portfolios and issues on short notice.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in M&E operations within facilities management.
• At least 3 years in a senior or managerial role overseeing large properties or portfolios.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to drive performance and safety.
• Familiar with local codes and standards (Fire Code, WSH, CP83/CP13, SS 532, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, lift systems, BMS).
• Lead a team of Managers and engineers; recruitment, training, performance reviews, motivation.
• Serve as main client liaison; present reports, resolve issues, provide KPI updates.
• Lead audits/inspections; ensure compliance and risk management.
• Develop and manage operating budgets; monitor variations and procurement.
• Identify energy savings and continuous improvement opportunities.
