Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore is seeking a professional to assist in the management, maintenance planning and rectification of commuter facilities Mechanical & Electrical equipment. You will support in maintenance planning for lifts, escalators, pumps, ACMV and fire protection systems across underpasses and bridges.

You will also prepare tender specifications, supervise site activities, enforce safety requirements, and perform quality audits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Mechanical engineering.
• Knowledge and experience in M&E equipment such as lifts, escalators, pumps, ACMV, fire protection system.
• Relevant experience in handling customer feedback will be an added advantage.
• Good writing, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender specifications for commuter facilities M&E equipment.
• Manage and supervise commuter facilities M&E site activities, enforcing safety codes.
• Carry out quality audits on on-site works.
• Investigate lifts and escalators accidents.
• Manage feedback from the public and other government agencies/ private developers.
