Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore is seeking support to assist in management, maintenance planning and rectification of Mechanical & Electrical facilities in pedestrian underpasses, pedestrian overhead bridges and vehicle underpasses.

You will assist in preparing tender specifications, supervising M&E equipment on site, enforcing safety requirements and handling feedback from the public and other agencies. Experience with lifts, escalators and ACMV is valued.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Mechanical engineering
• Knowledge and experience in M&E equipment such as lifts, escalators, pumps, ACMV, fire protection system.
• Relevant experience in handing customer feedback will be an added advantage
• Good writing, communication and interpersonal skill

Responsibilities

• Assist in management, maintenance planning and rectification of M&E equipment in pedestrian underpasses, pedestrian overhead bridges and vehicle underpasses.
• Assist in preparation of tender specifications, managing and supervising commuter facilities M&E equipment enforcing safety requirements based on code and requirement – site activities, as well as carrying out quality/quality audit checks on works on site.
• Investigation of any lifts and escalators accidents.
• Management of feedback from the public, other government agencies and private developers.
