Job summary

checc(singapore) pte. ltd. is seeking a seasoned M&E Project Engineer to coordinate M&E works across architectural, structural and civil trades at the Bayfront site.

The role requires 5+ years M&E experience on large building or infrastructure projects, with strong knowledge of ACMV/HVAC, Electrical & ELV, Fire protection, Plumbing, and BMS integration. You will read shop drawings and BIM models and supervise subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Building Services recognized by the PE Board.
• Minimum 5 years M&E experience in large building or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in large-scale projects (arena, stadium, convention centre, airport, hospital preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ACMV/HVAC, Electrical & ELV, Fire protection, Plumbing & drainage, and BMS integration.
• Able to read and coordinate M&E shop drawings and BIM models.
• Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Working Location: Bayfront.

• Manage rectification works, defects and final handover.
• Support preparation of as-built drawings and O&M manuals.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
