Job Summary:

Join a dynamic construction team and play a key role in coordinating M&E works for HDB projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works at project sites.
• Review project specifications, technical requirements, and clarifications.
• Prepare method statements and identify discrepancies, defects, or inconsistencies in construction drawings.
• Manage project planning, design coordination, material requisition, cost control, site supervision, and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on technical and project-related matters.
• Monitor project progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with project specifications.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with quality standards, safety requirements, and environmental regulations.
• Ensure project activities comply with the company's ISO management systems.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E coordination for HDB projects.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Ability to commence work within a short notice period is an advantage.
