Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced M&E professional to lead planning, supervision, and coordination of M&E site activities across commercial and institutional projects.

The role requires strong experience with ACMV, electrical, fire protection, sanitary plumbing, lifts/escalators, and related systems; you will work with main contractors and consultants to meet project milestones while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7–8 years of relevant M&E construction experience.
• Experience with main contractors or M&E contractors.
• Experience managing M&E works for commercial, industrial, mixed-development, or institutional projects.

Aufgaben

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise site teams, manpower, work schedules and M&E activities to meet milestones.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades on shop drawings, submissions, RFIs, method statements, and approvals.
• Supervise M&E site works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, authority requirements and safety regulations; conduct inspections and follow up on rectifications.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship, documentation, QA/QC records, as-built drawings, and authority submissions.
• Coordinate M&E testing, commissioning, inspections, and handover requirements; identify value engineering and cost optimisation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the M&E Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising site teams, manpower, work schedules, and M&E activities to meet project milestones.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades on shop drawings, technical submissions, RFIs, method statements, material approvals, and site coordination matters.
• Supervise M&E site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, authority requirements, and workplace safety regulations; conduct inspections and follow up on rectification works.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship, and project documentation, including progress reports, subcontractor claims, variation orders, QA/QC records, as-built drawings, and authority submissions.
• Coordinate M&E testing and commissioning, authorities' inspections, and project handover requirements, while identifying opportunities for value engineering and cost optimisation.

Requirements

• Minimum 7–8 years of relevant M&E construction experience.
• Experience working with main contractors or M&E contractors.
• Experience managing M&E works for commercial, industrial, mixed-development, or institutional projects.
• Proven experience in M&E installation, coordination, testing, and commissioning, with exposure to systems such as ACMV, electrical, fire protection and alarm, sanitary plumbing and gas, lifts and escalators, or swimming pools.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and drive project deliverables.
