China Harbour (Singapore) Engineering Company Pte Ltd is seeking a senior BIM Manager to lead all M&E BIM activities across design, construction, and handover for large-scale projects in Singapore. You will develop and enforce the BIM Execution Plan, coordinate multidisciplinary BIM efforts, and ensure model quality and timely submissions.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of M&E systems, proven leadership, and extensive experience with Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all M&E BIM activities throughout the design, construction, and project handover stages.
Develop and implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), ensuring compliance with project requirements and Singapore BIM standards.
Oversee M&E BIM modelling and coordination, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, and related systems.
Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash detection involving M&E, Civil, Structural, and Architectural disciplines.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve BIM-related design and construction issues.
Supervise BIM Coordinators and Modellers, ensuring model quality, timely submissions, and effective resource allocation.
Review coordinated M&E shop drawings and ensure BIM models align with approved designs and actual site conditions.
Manage BIM deliverables, model updates, and as-built BIM documentation for project handover.
