WAH LOON ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator/Modeller to lead M&E BIM deliverables using Revit MEP and Navisworks across large-scale projects.

You will develop, coordinate, and maintain 2D/3D BIM models, conduct clash detection, and support construction planning and digital project delivery from tender to completion. Strong collaboration and ability to meet tight timelines are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeller and 2 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator within the Singapore construction industry.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks.
• Relevant BIM certification in Revit MEP and/or BIM coordination will be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain M&E BIM models and construction drawings using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare and update coordinated 2D shop drawings, 3D models, and as-built drawings throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform BIM coordination and clash detection, resolving design conflicts with consultants and contractors.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project requirements, company BIM standards, and client specifications.
• Conduct model reviews, updates, and quality checks to maintain accuracy and data integrity.
• Support BIM documentation, submissions, and project records, coordinating with the Document Controller for proper data management.
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide BIM technical support to facilitate successful project delivery.
