Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced BIM Lead for M&E/building services projects in Singapore. You will lead BIM strategy, BEP creation, and governance across multiple projects, ensuring ISO 19650 compliance and CORENET submissions.

You will manage a team of 5–6 BIM Modellers and Coordinators, oversee CDE, model quality audits, and digital delivery initiatives like Digital Twin and BIM automation, while coordinating with clients and contractors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years BIM experience with 3+ years in leadership.
• Professional BIM certifications required.
• Led a team of 5–6 BIM Modellers and Coordinators.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650, BEP, CDE, CORENET requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM strategy, standards and governance across multiple projects.
• Set up BEP, protocols, workflows, templates and information management procedures.
• Oversee BIM compliance, model quality audits and corrective actions.
• Manage CDE, document control, model exchanges and revisions.
• Lead multidisciplinary coordination and 3D/4D/5D workflows.
• Drive digital delivery, Digital Twin and BIM automation.
