Job summary

China Communications Construction Company Limited (Singapore Branch) is seeking an experienced Senior/MEP BIM Modeller to develop and maintain BIM models, produce technical drawings, and support project teams for compliant execution.

You will coordinate architectural, structural and MEP disciplines, identify clashes using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, and generate shop drawings for construction and submissions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Minimum 4 years of BIM modeling experience, preferably in residential/condominium projects.
• Solid understanding of construction documents and BCA regulations.
• Strong time management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Construct and update BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Identify and resolve clashes between disciplines using BIM software.
• Generate technical drawings and shop drawings for construction and authority submissions.
• Maintain BIM data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with project standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate information exchange.
• Plan and manage BIM data per project requirements.
