China Harbour (Singapore) Engineering Company Pte Ltd is seeking a senior BIM Manager to lead all M&E BIM activities across design, construction, and handover for large-scale projects in Singapore. You will develop and enforce the BIM Execution Plan, coordinate multidisciplinary BIM efforts, and ensure model quality and timely submissions.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of M&E systems, proven leadership, and extensive experience with Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

• Review coordinated M&E shop drawings and ensure BIM models align with approved designs and actual site conditions.
• Manage BIM deliverables, model updates, and as-built BIM documentation for project handover.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of BIM experience, including at least 3 years in a BIM management or senior coordination role.
• Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems and practical experience in BIM coordination for large-scale construction projects.
• Proficient in Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD.
• Proven experience in multidisciplinary clash detection, BIM coordination, and construction-related BIM implementation.
• Good understanding of Singapore BIM standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and relevant construction practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience managing BIM teams and subcontractors.

Preferred:

• Experience in large-scale industrial facilities, waste management plants, power plants, water treatment plants, or EPC projects.
• Prior experience working with main contractors in Singapore.
