Job summary

Richemont Luxury in Singapore is seeking a Senior Sales Associate who will be the direct link between product and customer, delivering an exceptional shopping experience and building lasting client relationships.

You will drive store turnover, manage clienteling across local and international clients, and ensure merchandising and stock integrity while upholding the Maison’s standards and policies. Training and events participation are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail handling with luxury familiarity.
• Digital savvy with mobile apps, social media, and virtual meetings for clienteling.
• Ability to manage client relationships locally and internationally.
• Strong communication with clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Developing strong sales turnover for the Store in accordance with the store strategy.
• Meet turnover targets and respect discount policy.
• Welcome, advise and handle clients in line with Maison standards.
• Follow up on client cases and report issues to Store Manager.
• Participate in stock reception, transfer and merchandising duties.
• Attend store meetings and training to stay aligned with brand.
