Richemont Luxury Singapore is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to be the direct link between our products and customers, delivering exceptional service and building loyalty while driving sales.

You will develop store turnover, meet targets, manage client relationships (local and international), handle SAV, stock and merchandising, and participate in trainings and store meetings to uphold the Maison's standards.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, preferably luxury.
• Digitally savvy and able to use mobile apps and digital tools for clienteling and internal communications.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strong sales turnover for the store in accordance with the store strategy.
• Meet the turnover targets set by the Store Manager.
• Respect discount policy.
• Build long-term client relationships and clienteling including local and international clients.
• Invite clients to activations and events with post-follow-up.
• Take care of customer service (SAV) according to Maison standards.
• Participate in stock management/merchandising and ensure products are correctly priced and displayed.
• Contribute to store meetings and training and stay informed on brand and product collections.
