As a Maison ambassador, you will recruit, develop, and retain top talent, drive CRM initiatives, and ensure impeccable boutique operations in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to cultivate high-net-worth client relationships and loyalty.
• Strong leadership and people development skills with a coaching mindset.
• Deep understanding of luxury brands, trends, and client expectations.
• Track record of delivering premium boutique experiences and driving performance.
• Fluent English; Mandarin a plus for Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by expanding local and regional client base and partnerships.
• Lead clienteling efforts with recruitment and engagement of VIP clients; host exclusive events.
• Set and monitor KPIs; lead sales leadership and dynamic action plans to hit targets.
• Represent the Brand identity as a Maison ambassador and ensure brand integrity in market.
• Manage boutique operations, compliance, and adoption of new tools and services.
• Develop a strong team through recruitment, training, and performance coaching.
