Job summary

Diesel Singapore seeks an experienced Senior Sales or Sales Associate to join our luxury fashion stores. In this full-time role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, hit sales targets and contribute to the store's premium brand experience.

You will engage with clients, build relationships and tailor experiences while maintaining pristine store presentation and up-to-date product knowledge. You will also drive loyalty through clienteling and post-sale follow-up.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within fashion/apparel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers
• Excellent product knowledge and a passion for the Diesel brand
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards of store presentation
• Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, enthusiastic and team-oriented attitude

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

• Maximize cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines, brand history, and current campaigns.
