Job summary

HOCK LIAN SENG INFRASTRUCTURE PTE. LTD.d in Singapore seeks a Senior Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on a major LTA/MRT infrastructure project. You will ensure compliance with LTA requirements, safety standards, and project specifications.

You will coordinate subcontractors and site staff, monitor progress, and prepare reports for the Project Manager. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in site supervision, MRT/LTA experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in LTA/MRT projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of LTA specifications and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with station construction methods and codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site activities in line with project plans and drawings.
• Enforce Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations and conduct toolbox talks.
• Monitor workmanship and materials to meet LTA/MRT standards.
• Track daily progress, prepare reports, and escalate issues to the Project Manager.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to resolve site challenges.
• Supervise site engineers, foremen, and workers to maintain discipline and productivity.
• Address technical and operational issues promptly to minimize delays.
