Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant supervisory experience in reinforced concrete (RC) works in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, particularly in station or underground works.
• Able to manage multiple subcontractors on site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage site activities during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate and oversee daily operations among subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with project procedures and safety regulations.
• Liaise closely with the Engineer-in-Charge and site team.
• Organize and manage detailed field coordination across trades.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
