Job summary

RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced professional to supervise architectural works on MRT and major infrastructure projects. You will review designs, manage on-site workmanship, and ensure compliance with LTA requirements and approved plans.

Responsibilities include coordinating with consultants, contractors and other disciplines, tracking progress, addressing RFIs and site issues, and maintaining comprehensive site records through completion and handover.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Architecture or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of construction supervision experience on MRT, railway, LTA, infrastructure or major building projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural construction, materials, finishes, drawings, specifications and site coordination.
• Familiarity with LTA requirements and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, shop drawings and material submissions, ensuring site works are carried out in accordance with approved requirements.
• Supervise and inspect architectural works, workmanship and materials on site, ensuring compliance with LTA standards, contract specifications and approved designs.
• Coordinate with the Consultant, Contractor, subcontractors and other disciplines to resolve architectural interfaces, RFIs, technical queries and site issues.
• Monitor construction progress, identify defects, non-conforming works and delays, and follow up on rectification and completion activities.
• Maintain inspection and site records, provide regular progress updates, attend site meetings, and support testing, completion and handover of architectural works.
