Job summary

The Edge Contracting Services (TECS) is actively seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements for a large loyalty and marketing platform. The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, technology teams and implementation partners to translate needs into functional solutions with a focus on loyalty, CRM and customer engagement.

Key tasks include documenting requirements, facilitating workshops, creating user stories and acceptance criteria, and supporting SIT/UAT.

Qualifications

Proven ability to gather and document business and functional requirements for a loyalty/marketing platform.
Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to map journeys and processes.
Translate requirements into user stories, specs, process flows and acceptance criteria.
Experience with loyalty programmes, campaigns, customer segmentation and CRM systems.
Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations and upstream/downstream dependencies.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyse and document requirements for a loyalty/marketing platform.
