Job summary

Edwards is seeking a logistics procurement professional to manage packaging material sourcing, supplier relationships, and end-to-end inventory control. The role involves coordinating with 3PL partners, validating replenishment, and driving cost efficiencies across indirect supplies.

You will also oversee compliance with trade and customs, maintain procurement dashboards, and support billing and payment processes. Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent in 2 years of college coursework, 4 years experience required
• "H.S. Diploma or equivalent in Business / Supply Chain, 6 years experience Import documentation, Handled Foreign remittances"
• Certification in related field (e.g., APICS CPIM, CLTD) preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage packaging materials procurement and supplier relationships, ensuring on-time replenishment and optimized spend
• Coordinate 3PL fleet interactions and warehouse operations to meet KPI and service levels
• Monitor inbound/outbound flows, stock movements and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Perform monthly billing audit for 3PL activities and ensure timely payments
• Maintain compliance with trade and customs requirements and optimize procurement dashboards
