Job summary

SPCI HELM SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee inbound/outbound shipments and daily logistics activities in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, SCM, or related field.
• At least two years of relevant logistics experience.
• Navision experience or ERP systems advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments and daily logistics activities.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transport companies, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Track shipment and delivery status, resolve operational issues, and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry in Navision for logistics and cartage services.
• Ensure the previous month’s logistics and cartage transactions are entered by the 3rd of each month to support billing and reporting.
• Verify logistics documents and records for completeness and accuracy before system entry.
• Maintain accurate logistics, inventory, shipment, and transportation records in the system.
• Assist in coordinating delivery routes and monitoring freight and transportation costs.
• Support monthly billing, reporting, and reconciliation of logistics transactions.
• Support the Manager in daily logistics operations and perform other related duties as assigned.
