Job summary

Tapestry seeks a Senior Analyst, Logistics & Fulfillment to support transportation, fulfillment center ops, and SCM across Southeast Asia and Oceania. You will partner with logistics providers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure efficient movement of goods, strong service, inventory accuracy, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Analytics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in logistics, fulfillment or supply chain management.
• Experience with 3PLs; fashion/retail is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder mgmt skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs across inbound/outbound, inventory, returns, productivity, quality and service.
• Collaborate with logistics partners to address gaps and root causes.
• Provide early visibility of risks in ops, capacity, cost and compliance.
• Transform data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop dashboards, reporting, and end-to-end supply chain visibility.
• Support automation, SOPs, and logistics projects; track milestones and benefits.
• Present findings and action plans to management.
