Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Analytics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound, outbound, inventory, returns, productivity, quality, and service KPIs.
• Drive logistics partners to investigate service gaps, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide early visibility of operational, capacity, cost, compliance, and business continuity risks.
• Analyze transportation, fulfillment, inventory, service, and cost performance using internal and provider data.
• Transform operational data into actionable insights and recommendations for management.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
