Tapestry is seeking a Senior Analyst, Logistics & Fulfillment to optimize transportation, fulfillment center operations, and supply chain execution across Southeast Asia and Oceania.

You will partner with logistics providers and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery, accurate inventory, cost control, and strong service performance, using data analytics and AI-driven insights to drive improvements.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Analytics
• 3+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, warehouse operations, or supply chain management
• Experience managing warehouse operators and 3PLs preferred
• Experience in fashion, retail, consumer goods, or e-commerce environments is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable recommendations

• Monitor inbound, outbound, inventory, returns, productivity, quality, and service KPIs.
• Drive logistics partners to investigate service gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Provide early visibility of operational, capacity, cost, compliance, and business continuity risks.
• Analyze transportation, fulfillment, inventory, service, and cost performance.
• Transform operational data into actionable insights and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Leverage AI and analytics tools to accelerate analysis, reporting and decision‑making.
• Track forecast accuracy and support peak season planning.
• Validate warehouse, transportation, and logistics charges against rates and docs.
• Analyze cost drivers and identify optimization opportunities.
• Analyze end‑to‑end processes and support automation and projects.
• Prepare performance reviews and scorecards for stakeholders.
