Job summary

LAPP Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end local warehouse operations, inbound and outbound logistics, and inventory accuracy across APAC sites. You will lead the warehouse team and serve as the regional SME to accelerate smart, AI-driven automation.

The role requires 5–8 years in warehouse and logistics management, deep knowledge of trade compliance, SAP ERP, WMS/TMS, and a proven track record implementing modern digital logistics workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on experience in warehouse and logistics management, leading operational teams.
• Sound knowledge and practical experience in customs procedures, trade compliance, and import/export documentation across the APAC region.
• Proven track record in implementing or operating Smart Warehouse solutions, automated material handling systems, and modern digital logistics workflows.
• Fluency in written and spoken English with strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end local warehouse operations, inbound receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Lead warehouse team and act as regional SME to adopt smart, AI-driven automation across APAC sites.
• Ensure full trade compliance with customs regulations, trade agreements, and global market sanctions.
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize smart warehouse solutions and automation technologies.
• Enforce 5S, SOPs, and continuous improvement across all warehouse and logistics workflows.
• Track and report monthly local KPIs (service rate, inventory accuracy, productivity, safety).
