• Leverage AI insights to identify delays, anomalies, risks, and exceptions for follow-up.
• Collaborate with carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Lead global logistics transformation efforts across regions and sites.
• Drive continuous improvement and AI-enabled workflow redesign across operations.
• Own logistics systems: SAP, ShipDoc, TM systems; support testing and deployments.
