Expleo in Singapore seeks an experienced Life Insurance Business Analyst to drive end-to-end policy lifecycle initiatives for Term/Protection/Shield products. You will translate business requirements into BRD/FRD, user stories and acceptance criteria, liaising with stakeholders and tech teams.

The right candidate has 8–12 years in Life Insurance BA, strong knowledge of product features, underwriting, premium processing, claims, and experience with Agile/Scrum, JIRA/Confluence, and PAS platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, CS, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8–12 years of Life Insurance BA experience.
• Experience with Term/Protection/Shield products.

Responsabilités

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Life Insurance domain.
• Strong experience with Life Insurance Protection / Term Insurance / Shield products.
• Good understanding of the end-to-end Life Insurance policy lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance product features, business rules, underwriting, premium processing, policy servicing, and claims.
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business requirements.
• Hands-on experience preparing BRD/FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and technology/development teams.
• Experience in SIT/UAT and defect management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working on new product development or product enhancements.
• Knowledge of Life Insurance product configuration/rating engines.
• Exposure to policy administration systems (PAS).
• Experience with insurance platforms such as eBAO, Life/Policy Administration platforms, or equivalent.
• Understanding of Actuarial/product pricing concepts.
• Exposure to regulatory/compliance-driven changes in the insurance industry.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and SQL.
