Job summary

Axiom, the premier global provider of on-demand legal talent, is seeking a Legal Consultant - Product (ECM / Structured Products) to support a leading global client in digital assets and fintech. You will serve as a key legal contact for innovative equity-linked products, working remotely and at the cutting edge of capital markets.

Qualifications

• 5-12+ years PQE in structured products/ECM/derivatives or broader capital markets
• Experience in cryptocurrency/digital assets or tokenization products

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice for equities and structured/innovative products through full lifecycle (design, launch, enhancement, exit)
• Draft, review and negotiate offering documents, product terms, brokerage/platform agreements and partner contracts
• Collaborate with product, business, marketing, and operations teams across jurisdictions to structure new initiatives and manage legal risk
• Manage external counsel, contribute to internal guidance and training, and help develop scalable legal processes and templates
