The candidate should possess strong commercial judgment, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders to provide commercially tailored

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience as in-house or commercial lawyer.
• In-house legal experience is preferred (directly, or as a secondee) though not essential.
• Proficiency in writing and drafting legal documents, as well as the capacity to support the commercial team.
• Strong commercial understanding and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders, with a view of providing commercially tailored advice.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including creative, advertising, and digital marketing, procurement, technology and partnership deals.
• Provide practical legal advice related to consumer digital experiences, brand marketing activations, promotions and consumer data and privacy.
• Develop, implement, and advise on a wide range of commercial marketplace contracts, Terms and Conditions of sale, distribution agreements and related policies.
