Larson Maddox is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to lead data‑centre related legal work for a fast‑growing technology client headquartered in Singapore. The role requires a Bar‑qualified lawyer with broad senior‑level experience in data‑centre or related infrastructure sectors.

You will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, advise on EPC contracts, leases and procurement, and lead negotiations with contractors and service providers, ensuring risk is balanced with business goals within a

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent; Bar qualification.
• 8+ years of legal experience.
• 2–3 years of specialised experience in data‑centre or related infrastructure sectors.
• Commercially minded, pragmatic and capable of independent work in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements for data‑centre development, construction and operation across Singapore, Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
• Advise on EPC contracts, procurement and equipment supply agreements, land/facility leases, services agreements, colocation and interconnection arrangements.
• Lead negotiations with contractors, vendors, landlords, customers and service providers, balancing commercial goals with legal and regulatory risk.
• Collaborate closely with project development, construction, procurement and operations teams throughout the data‑centre lifecycle.
