Digital Edge Data Center, a leading data center platform in Asia Pacific, seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to support project delivery, construction and procurement matters for its data center facilities. This role is based in Singapore and requires admission to practice in one of the listed jurisdictions and 10–15 years of PQE in construction law.

You will advise on construction contracts, manage procurement risk across multiple delivery models, draft and negotiate vendor agreements, and help

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law in one of the specified jurisdictions (Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore, UK, or US).
• 10–15 years of post-qualification experience in construction law, preferably in data center or technology sectors.
• Experience advising on EPC, EPCM, design-build, multi-package/trade contracting for large-scale projects.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and contract management skills with exposure to complex transactions.

Responsabilités

• Advise on construction contracts, EPCs, subcontractor agreements, and related procurement documents.
• Assess and manage legal risk across delivery methodologies and tailor contract forms to project requirements.
• Draft and negotiate supply, vendor, and service agreements; maintain a suite of templates.
• Collaborate with construction, engineering, operations and finance teams to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Provide legal opinions on regulatory compliance including health, safety, environmental and planning/building rules.
• Manage external counsel and legal service providers; support development of policies and templates to streamline contracting.
