Michael Page International Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel, Construction & Data Centre Infrastructure to support large-scale APAC developments and complex procurement structures. You will draft and negotiate a broad range of agreements while guiding project teams on risk, strategy and governance across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires a qualified lawyer with extensive post-qualification experience, strong in-house or advisory background, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with admission in a recognised common law jurisdiction.
• 10+ years post-qualification experience in construction or project development.
• Experience advising on EPC/EPCM, design-build and complex procurement models.
• Proven track record supporting major infrastructure or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial advisory skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide legal advice across construction, procurement and project delivery for large-scale infrastructure developments.
• Draft, review and negotiate construction, engineering, procurement and commercial agreements.
• Advise project teams on contract strategy, procurement structures and risk allocation.
• Support management of contractor, supplier and multi-package delivery arrangements.
• Partner with engineering, operations, procurement and finance to meet objectives.
• Advise on regulatory, compliance, health & safety and governance matters.
• Manage external legal advisors and help develop contracting frameworks.
