Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements for data‑centre development, construction and operation across Singapore, Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
• Advise on EPC contracts, procurement and equipment supply agreements, land/facility leases, services agreements, colocation and interconnection arrangements.
• Lead negotiations with contractors, vendors, landlords, customers and service providers, balancing commercial goals with legal and regulatory risk.
• Collaborate closely with project development, construction, procurement and operations teams throughout the data‑centre lifecycle.
