STACK Infrastructure APAC is seeking an experienced in-house lawyer based in Singapore to support APAC project delivery across Australia, Japan, Malaysia and Singapore. You will handle development, construction, procurement and vendor contracts, advising on risk transfer, warranties, and approvals, and liaising with GC, engineering, procurement, operations and finance teams.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years PQE in construction/infrastructure with GC, D&C, EPC contracts and strong negotiation and

Qualificações

• 8+ years PQE in construction/infrastructure, with front-end project delivery experience.
• Experience with GC contracts, D&C contracts, EPC contracts, works contracts, services contracts or major procurement contracts.
• Exposure to data centre, infrastructure, industrial projects or large-scale development preferred.
• Ability to work independently and escalate material deviations to General Counsel.

Responsabilidades

• Support development and construction contracts across APAC: drafting, review and negotiation.
• Review and negotiate early contractor involvement agreements, letters of award, GC contracts, subcontracts and vendor terms.
• Support delivery-stage issues: variations, delay, EOT, LDs, defects, payments, notices and handover.
• Advise on risk transfer, warranties, insurance, and lender requirements; assist with project finance flow-downs.
• Coordinate with General Counsel, development, engineering, procurement, operations and finance teams.
