Senior Legal Counsel, Real Assets & Infrastructure (APAC)

Job summary

STACK Infrastructure seeks a seasoned in-house lawyer to support APAC on-site acquisition, development, power, utilities and grid connection for data center projects. You will handle NDAs, SPAs, leases, and regulatory approvals, coordinating with global GC, finance and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years PQE with real estate and infrastructure experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, lean in-house environment within Singapore.

Qualifications

• Strong background in real estate, infrastructure, power, utilities and large development projects.
• Experience with land acquisition, development approvals, leases and easements.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and issue-spotting skills.
• Proven ability to manage external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate real estate and power-related contracts including NDAs, LOIs, HOAs, SPAs, leases, and licenses.
• Support due diligence on title, zoning, planning, utilities, and environmental issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel to structure transactions and complete closing deliverables.
• Translate legal advice into practical commercial strategies for APAC stakeholders.
