Zusammenfassung

Space Executive seeks a Legal Counsel – Construction & Procurement (APAC) to lead the legal workstream on project execution for data centre facilities. You will oversee procurement, contracting and live-operations agreements across the APAC region.

You will collaborate with development, engineering, procurement, operations and finance; 6–12 years’ PQE in-house preferred; strong front-end construction, procurement and project-finance experience required.

Qualifikationen

• Around 6–12 years’ PQE with in-house background preferred.
• Strong front-end construction, procurement, and project contracts experience.
• Experience with variations, EOT, LDs, defects and completion considerations.
• Project finance exposure (bonds, guarantees, bankability) is a major plus.

Aufgaben

• Draft and negotiate construction contracts, including EPCI and related agreements.
• Advise on delivery issues such as variations, delay, EOT and defects.
• Support procurement for long-lead equipment and critical systems.
• Review project finance documents and ensure lender requirements are met.
• Track deliverables and align service levels, KPIs and credits with contracts.
• Collaborate with development, engineering, procurement, operations and finance teams.
• Provide practical risk allocation while balancing commercial and delivery needs.
