Job summary

STACK Infrastructure in Singapore seeks a senior legal professional to support APAC project delivery. You will handle construction, procurement and vendor contracts, coordinating with engineering, procurement, finance and external counsel across APAC.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of PQE with experience in GC, D&C, EPC and major procurement contracts, and a pragmatic approach to risk and commercial negotiation.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with strong contracting experience in construction and infrastructure projects.
• Experience reviewing GC, EPC, works and procurement contracts.
• Ability to interpret complex delivery and financing documents.

Responsibilities

• Support review, drafting and negotiation of construction and delivery contracts across APAC.
• Review EOI, letters of award, and contractor agreements; manage risk and variations.
• Coordinate with GC, finance, operations, procurement and external counsel across APAC.
• Support project finance flow-downs and ensure documents are lender-friendly.
• Monitor warranties, insurance, bonds and termination issues; advise on risk transfer.
