Job summary

The Singapore Public Service is seeking a faculty member to design and deliver high-quality teaching in Human Resource Management, with a strong focus on HR technology, analytics, and digitally enabled people practices. Qualifications

• 4–8 years of relevant industry experience across HR domains such as People Operations, People Analytics, HR Digital Transformation, and Talent Management.
• Industry certifications or teaching/consultancy experience are a plus.
• Ability to teach in at least two areas: HR analytics, HR technology and automation, AI in HR, or related domains.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver modules in human resource management with strength in HR analytics, HR technology and automation.
• Create and review teaching, learning and assessment materials for PET and CET learners.
• Keep abreast of developments in HR technology and translate them into curriculum updates.
• Facilitate active, practice-oriented learning through projects, case studies, and simulations.
• Collaborate with industry partners to provide live projects, internships and applied learning opportunities.
