Qualifications

• Qualified in HRM or related fields with strong domain knowledge.
• 4–8 years of relevant industry experience across HR domains.
• Prior teaching or consultancy experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CET and interdisciplinary teaching is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver HRM modules with focus on analytics and HR tech.
• Create teaching materials for PET and CET learners.
• Keep curriculum updated with HR tech and digital workforce trends.
• Facilitate active, project-based learning and authentic assessments.
• Collaborate with industry partners for live projects and internships.
• Supervise student projects and support lifelong learning initiatives.
