Job summary

Temasek Polytechnic (TP) invites applications for a role focused on delivering high-quality teaching in Human Resource Management with emphasis on HR technology, analytics and digitally enabled people practices.

You will design and review curriculum for PET and CET, support applied learning through industry projects, supervise student activities and contribute to partnerships with industry and lifelong learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide students in applied learning projects.
• Experience engaging with industry partners for live projects and internships.
• Familiarity with CET programme development and interdisciplinary teaching is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver modules in HRM with emphasis on HR analytics, technology and automation.
• Create and review PET/CET learning materials to ensure relevance and employability outcomes.
• Stay updated on HR tech advancements and translate into curriculum updates.
• Facilitate active learning through projects, case studies and simulations.
• Collaborate with industry partners for consultancy, live projects and internships.
• Supervise student projects and overseas/community-based learning activities where relevant.
• Support SkillsFuture, CET, work-study and lifelong learning initiatives.
• Contribute to school committees, QA processes and strategic initiatives.
