Job summary

Republic Polytechnic is seeking an Associate Lecturer in Human Resource to facilitate learning for PET and CET learners through interactive seminars, workshops, coaching, and experiential activities.

The role involves designing and delivering industry-relevant curricula across HR functions, HR analytics and related areas, and supporting a learner-centric, problem-based learning approach at RP.

Qualifications

• Relevant professional qualifications in HR or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant industry experience recommended.
• Able to commit at least 2 days per week to facilitation.
• Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident status required.
• Own laptop with minimum Microsoft Office installed preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning for PET and CET learners through seminars, workshops, coaching, and experiential activities.
• Design, review and deliver industry-relevant curriculum across HR functions, HR analytics/AI, and related areas.
• Support a learner-centric, problem-based learning environment at RP.
