Achieve Group in Singapore seeks a Retail Leasing professional to support the leasing strategy and performance of its retail portfolio, focusing on securing new tenants, managing existing tenancies and maximizing occupancy and rental income.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of retail leasing experience, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management. You will work in a dynamic, stable environment with a focus on growth and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant retail leasing experience, preferably in shopping malls or a landlord/REIT environment.
• Good understanding of retail leasing processes, lease negotiations and tenancy management.
• Established retailer contacts or the ability to develop and maintain retailer relationships.
• Good analytical, negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• A proactive team player who can work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• EAA/RES certification, if required for the specific duties of the role.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to improve occupancy rates and rental income across the retail portfolio.
• Manage new and existing tenancies, including lease negotiations, renewals and tenancy-related matters.
• Identify prospective tenants and new business opportunities to strengthen the retail tenant mix.
• Conduct market research on competing properties, rental benchmarks and occupancy costs to support leasing decisions.
• Monitor occupancy rates, rental performance and tenancy matters, preparing reports and updates for management.
• Assist with annual rental budgets, rental forecasts and monthly management reporting.
• Maintain strong relationships with retailers and other stakeholders to support leasing activities and portfolio performance.
