Job summary

OSIM Academy is seeking a passionate Talent & Development professional to transform frontline challenges into practical learning solutions across Retail Operations, Sales Excellence, Service Excellence, and Learning & Development.

You will design and deliver initiatives to strengthen product knowledge, sales effectiveness, coaching, and people capability, while embedding development into everyday work and scaling across markets with AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in frontline retail, sales or L&D.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical action and learning solutions.
• Hands-on, adaptable and outcome-driven with strong coaching mindset.

Your responsibilities include:

Partner with the Business Stakeholders

• To identify performance and capability gaps, turning business needs into practical solutions.

Build People & Performance Capability

• Develop and deliver initiatives that strengthen product knowledge, sales effectiveness, service excellence, coaching, and people capability.

Strengthen Capability & Culture

• Support coaching, employee development, service culture, and succession readiness by embedding development into everyday work.

Scale Capability Across Markets

• Drive capability initiatives across markets and leverage AI and digital learning tools to make development more effective and scalable.

Drive & Measure Impact

• Evaluate effectiveness through assessments, role plays, audits, and performance insights to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
  

Who We're Looking For

• We welcome candidates from Retail Operations, Sales Excellence, Service Excellence, Talent Development, or Learning & Development, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, who:

  • Understand frontline retail, sales, service, or people development

  • Can translate business needs into practical action

  • Enjoy developing, coaching, and engaging people

  • Are hands-on, adaptable, and outcome-driven

  • Are curious about AI and new ways of developing people
