Job summary

RySense Academy is seeking a confident learning professional to shape and elevate our training programmes for the Singapore Public Service. You will lead learning design, support programme management, and ensure rigorous evaluation and quality across teams.

You will partner with RySense research groups to define evidence-based standards and maintain current, relevant competencies. A collaborative role with trainers and stakeholders in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Learning & Development, Education, Adult Learning, Psychology, Social Sciences, Public Policy, Research Methods or related discipline.
• ACTA, ACLP or equivalent adult education qualification is an advantage.
• 3–7 years of experience in learning design, instructional design, training management or organisational learning.
• Experience supporting classroom-based and face-to-face learning programmes.
• Experience working with public sector organisations, policy teams or research-related functions is an advantage.
• Familiarity with research methodologies, data literacy or policy evaluation concepts is desirable.

Responsibilities

• A) Learning Design & Capability Development: design and enhance Academy’s training programmes; apply adult learning principles; support interactive activities; develop materials and assessments; review competency frameworks.
• B) Academy Operations and Programme Management: manage scheduling, logistics, communications, registration and records; maintain documentation; support client engagement; design evaluation frameworks; analyze feedback and outcomes; share best practices.
• C) Research Excellence & Quality Assurance: collaborate to establish standards for good research quality; adapt best practices; measure accountability for research output.
