- Develop scalable data products (e.g., dashboards, apps) to strengthen institutional intelligence.
- Lead quantitative and qualitative analyses, including psychometrics and predictive analytics.
- Explore AI-enabled approaches to improve decision-making and productivity.
- Coach and develop an analytics team and build in-house capabilities.
