The role focuses on performance management, talent development, HR operations, recruitment, and digitization of HR processes, with a requirement of 5+ years in a managerial HR role and eligibility for Singaporeans or PRs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience in a managerial role.
• Trained HR generalist with business partnering orientation.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore HR practices and some HR transformation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance management including staff reviews and promotions.
• Oversee talent management, training, and development initiatives.
• Manage HR operations and administration.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and contract renewals.
• Drive digitization initiatives within HR processes.

Job description

Our Client is a well-known quasi public agency responsible for the promotion and development of a key sector of visible national interest to the population of Singapore. Reporting into the Chief Executive, the HR Lead is responsible for team of three across a total employee headcount of Business partner to HODs including advising on organizational strategies and manpower planning in relation to the organizational objectives and sustainability.

• Lead in performance management which includes staff performance review, staff discipline, staff promotion etc
• Assess and implement talent management agenda and training initiatives
• HR Operations & Administration
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and contract renewals
• Lead the implementation of digitization initiatives
• Plan and implement engagement activities and staff socials.

This HR Lead should be passionate towards developing human capital with 5+ years of HR experience in a managerial role. He/she can be a trained HR generalist with strong business partnering orientation, good knowledge of Singapore HR practices, as well as some HR transformation experience.
