• Identifying and engaging senior executives across targeted industries and markets.
• Conducting market mapping and understanding leadership talent within sectors.
• Interviewing and assessing candidates for senior management and leadership roles.
• Managing candidates throughout the executive search process.
• Building relationships with senior executives, HR leaders and business decision-makers.
• Identifying new business opportunities and developing client relationships.
• Understanding clients' organisations and leadership requirements.
